• Take the Challenge Walk for KT/DA
A fun event run every year by the Massachusetts State Association of Emblem Clubs. Activities include a walk-, run-, or bike-a-thon, courses for scooters and wheelchairs, refreshments, prizes, and more. The next Take the Challenge Walk will be Sunday, May 6, 2012. A T-shirt, medal and an event gift will be reserved for the first 250 registered.

Each year, the Editors of Nephrology News & Issues Magazine make an award of $1,000 to the person or agency that has done the most to improve the quality of life for kidney patients during the preceding year. They selected KT/DA for the 2002 award. See their January 2003 issue.
